Child Safety Standards
Jamline · last updated 10 October 2026
Jamline is a social platform for musicians. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page sets out the standards we hold ourselves to, how we enforce them, and how to reach us.
Prohibited content and conduct
The following are forbidden on Jamline and are grounds for immediate, permanent removal of the account:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), in any form, including generated or edited imagery.
- Sexualisation of a minor in text, image, audio or video.
- Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to make sexual contact with a minor.
- Sextortion, or threatening to publish intimate imagery of a minor.
- Trafficking of a minor, or facilitating it.
- Linking to, advertising, or directing users towards any of the above.
Age requirement
Jamline is not intended for children. Accounts are for users aged 16 and over, and higher where local law requires it. Accounts we identify as belonging to a younger user are removed.
Reporting
Any user can report a post or an account from inside the app, using the report control on the item itself. Reports reach a moderation queue that our team reviews. Reports concerning a minor's safety are prioritised.
You can also email us directly at the address below. You do not need a Jamline account to make a report.
How we respond
- We remove violating content and terminate the accounts responsible.
- We report apparent CSAM to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and, where applicable, Swiss law enforcement.
- We preserve relevant records as required by law and cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.
- We act on credible reports from users, regulators, hotlines and platform partners.
Compliance
We comply with applicable laws on child sexual abuse and exploitation in the jurisdictions where Jamline is available, and with the child safety requirements of the app stores that distribute Jamline.
Review
These standards are reviewed at least annually, and whenever our product or the applicable law changes.
